| Roborovski hamsters: Chouchou and Kiwi |
January 2012 -- This was the first month me and my girlfriend first decided to buy a pair of Syrian / Teddy hamsters. As a matter of fact, we didn't plan to buy even one but we arrived at the idea when we've visited a local pet shop. We were actually planning to buy a pet dog (preferably Japanese Spitz or Chow Chow) but
it's quite difficult to buy (because they are quite expensive) and raise one (because some of my girlfriend's cousins have asthma). We then saw this cage with so many Syrian hamsters in different colors. Indeed, they are very cute even though they stink and their fur are quite wet sticky that time certainly because of the lack of care given by the pet shop owner/s. Besides the fact they are cheap, we also decided to buy hamsters because they are easier to manage and they don't really need to roam around the house.
