This movie made me laugh genuinely: "Praybeyt Benjamin"

Praybeyt Benjamin Poster

I have watched a comedy Filipino movie entitle "Praybeyt Benjamin" and I liked it a lot. Even though the story is highly fictional and predictable, it used several practical jokes and it gave me a taste of real Filipino humor. I can't help but to laugh especially in those scenes where Benjamin and his friends used the idea of Angry Birds as their method of deployment in the "battlefield" and when the reputable and manly actors used the gay lingo to deliver their final lines.

"Porket bakla salot na agad, hindi ba pwedeng malas muna?" (LOL)

Ang galing din kahit pa'no ng pagkakagawa. Ang tagal ko ring hindi nakapanood ng pelikulang magpapatawa sa akin. (Sa bagay nakakatawa naman talaga kahit mukha palang ni Vice Ganda.) Ang galing din ni Wenn Deramas, "one of the best" ika nga sa pag-gawa ng mga nakakatuwang pelikula.

Have you watched the movie too?
What's your favorite part of it?

SEAG 2011

The host nation is currently dominating the 26th SEAG.

"Indonesia SEA Games 2011 will be held in 11 days from November 11, 2011 - November 22, 2011 in two host cities, Palembang and Jakarta with 542 gold medals to be competed through 44 sports."26th Southeast Asian Games Organizing Committee thru SEAG2011.com

I am currently watching ANC Live newscast. I am quite sad to see in the headlines that the Philippines is on the bottom half of the list. I suddenly have a glimpse of the past when the Philippines grabbed the Overall Championship (Gold) on 2005.

As of 13:30, November 14, 2011, the host country, Indonesia (INA), is still on top of the ranking with a total of 95 medals, 41 of which are golds. Thailand (THA) is second with 67 and Vietnam (VIE) is currently on the 3rd spot with 57. Philippines' currently 6th with 28 medals and majority of those are bronze.

Kaya pa Pilipinas! May walong araw pa para lumaban!

Congratulations Philippines, Asia! RE: The Provisional New 7 Wonders of Nature

I am happy to see that our very own Puerto Princesa Underground River ended up in the Top 7. It's also interesting that majority of the New 7 Wonders (4 out of 7) came from Asia.

1. AMAZON (South America)
2. HALONG BAY (Vietnam, Asia)
3. IGUAZU FALLS (South America)
4. JEJU ISLAND (South Korea, Asia)
5. KOMODO (Indonesia, Asia)
6. PUERTO PRINCESA UNDERGROUND RIVER (Philippines, Asia)
7. TABLE MOUNTAIN (Africa)

Isang malaking karangalan ito para sa Pilipinas at magiging malaking hakbang din ito upang lalo pang mapaunlad ang turismo dito sa ating bansa.

'Pinoy at 'Pinas : ASTIG!

NOTE: The provisional New7Wonders of Nature are based on the first count of vote results on 11/11/11.
It is possible that there will be changes between the above provisional winners and the eventual finally confirmed winners.
The provisional New7Wonders of Nature are listed in alphabetical order, not in any position or ranking.
The voting calculation is now being checked, validated and independently verified, and the confirmed winners will be announced starting early 2012 during the Official Inauguration ceremonies.

I wasted 1 hour just to make this slideshow!

A simple slideshow featuring different places, different people under different memories. Although majority of them are from my studies, working trips and other personal events, I hope you'll enjoy watching it and leave a comment after. You may also leave a request for more slideshows. (I dare you! :D) Thanks a lot and I hope everybody's happy forever! (Define hope! LOL)

theDose's REVIEW: Jash Bagabaldo - (My Missing) Picture Frame

I like the uniqueness and musicality of your song. It seems that you've been recording for a long time now.
Please be careful on how you enunciate some of the words though. (Although it is understandable since you are wearing braces)
I love how you made the video. It's entertaining and very suited to the rhythm of your song.
It's a good idea to involve your friends in the video too. Thumbs up!
